I certify that my answers are correct and complete to the best of my knowledge. It is fully understood that this Suite Application is not intended to create a contract nor does it constitute a reservation of, or option for, a specific salon suite, unless Applicant has submitted a Suite Deposit, and neither party shall be contractually obligated until and unless a lease agreement is fully executed by both parties. The Applicant hereby authorizes King Salon Suites to conduct a full credit search and report at its sole discretion. In the event that the Applicant does qualify, a nonrefundable suite deposit in the amount of one (1) month rent is due within seven (7) calendar days of receiving notice that application is accepted in order to reserve a salon suite. If the deposit is not received within the foregoing time period, Applicant will lose his/her space in line and the suite will be released to other Applicants.
